We are looking for volunteers that are available during our operation hours. Shifts are 3-4 hours once a week, or volunteers can be on-call.

Responsibilities include:
· Serve visitors by welcoming, greeting, and directing them appropriately.
· Answering phone calls and occasional emails.
· Getting information/messages to appropriate parties.
· Closing or opening the center.
· Checking out books/ DVDs to guests
· Assisting guests with the computer lab

Requirements include:
· Knowledge of LGBTQIA identities
· Solid communication skills both written and verbal
· Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
· Proficient with Microsoft Office
· The ability to be welcoming to guests regardless of race, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, or ability.
